PJM Continues to Improve PJM.com

PJM reported in February that we are responding to stakeholder feedback about PJM.com to correct bugs that have been reported and to improve the features and functionality of our Web site. PJM is working continuously to address these issues to improve the performance of the Web site and has made several enhancements to PJM.com:

PJM.com Update – January 28, 2010

  • A new feature was added to provide better notification when meeting files are not available. If a file is unavailable and all materials are downloaded at once for a meeting, a “Missing files” text file will be downloaded that states which file was unable to be downloaded. Notification will also be sent to PJM and it will be corrected as soon as possible.
  • The calendar was updated, so that it now opens in a separate window.
  • A bug was corrected with the download all meeting materials functionality. Users can now download them all at once.
  • A bug was corrected with the training section. The dates being displayed were one day behind. This is now resolved.
  • A bug was corrected with the Long-Term Firm Transmission Service page. The Posted status column is now correctly displaying.

Real-time graph - January 9, 2010
During a recent upgrade of PJM.com, the real-time statistics graph on the home page began displaying a message stating that the graph is in evaluation mode. We expect to have this message removed shortly. In the meantime, the graph can still be viewed and it is accurately displaying data. If you experience any other issues or have questions, please contact us.

PJM.com outage planned for Thursday, December 10

  • A scheduled outage is planned for PJM.com on Thursday, December 10 at 6:00 p.m. The outage should last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. Although the site will be accessible, most of the markets and operations data will not be updated during this time – specifically the Operational Data Web page. Notification will be sent as soon as the maintenance begins and is completed.
  • Data will continue to be updated on eData. If you need access, please contact your Customer Account Manager.

PJM.com Update - October 23, 2009

  • Improvements were made to the RSS feeds. Sign up here.
  • A bug has been corrected with the Transmission Construction Status Web page. Data displayed in the grid will be loaded into the Excel each time a tab is selected.
  • A bug was corrected with the e-mail page feature.
