Q1: How do I register for eDART?
A1: To register for eDART, navigate to the PJM.com eDART Web page and follow the link to the eDART Registration Request/Adjust/Remove Form. Fill out the online form and click “Send It In”. Online help can be obtained by clicking the Help link located next to the eDART Registration Request/Adjust/Remove Form hyperlink.

Q2: Can I get Read-only access to eDART?
A2: To register for eDART, navigate to the PJM.com eDART Web page and follow the link to the eDART Registration Request/Adjust/Remove Form. Fill out the online form making sure that the access type is set to “Read Only”. Then click “Send It In”. Online help can be obtained by clicking the Help link located next to the eDART Registration Request/Adjust/Remove Form hyperlink.

Q3: What do I do if I forget my eDART user ID or password?
A3: Please call the PJM Help Desk at (610)666-8886 or Member Relations at (610) 666-8980. Your user ID and password will then be reset in a timely manner. (Note: Upon 4 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked. Please call the PJM Help Desk to reset and/or unlock your account if this happens.)

Q7: Who should use the NERC Data application?
A7: NERC Data should be used only by reliability coordination companies (i.e., companies not within the PJM market) who are either uploading load data for NERC SDX or updating translations between PJM EMS and capacity models to the MMWG case.
