These files contain the virtual bids into the PJM Daily Energy Market. The bids are aggregated by pricing point, by bid type, by hour, and by day. The filename indicates the date for which the bids were effective. The data are in comma separated value format (csv), and each file contains a time stamp indicating when it was updated.
